The first ever edition of Pan-ArcticVision took place in Vadsø, Northern Norway, in cooperation with Varangerfestivalen, 12.08.2023.
Amazing artists from the whole circumpolar North joined together in an Arctic adventure to sing together, build community together, and rise the banner for a new vision of the Pan-Arctic, together!
